Re: DIB advice

the VDF II is similar to the DIB chassis. ie. more flex. The chassis flex in the VDFII is immense, which means the shock setting becomes less important. that's why it's easier to tune. Some people like that style. it's just preference in RC. from my experience, absolutely any chassis can perform wel...

Re: DIB advice

yes, those parts will do just fine.

If you get these, you won't need to shave the c hub. It's only a small spend.

Re: DIB advice

No Countersteer. Just a front one way. You can get a little flexibility in ratios if you get some different pulley gears (like 13T and a 17T for the centre pulley.) you can usually got up or down .4 with that on the stock belt you just need to play with tensioners. Overdose make a steering upgrade b...

Re: when will we get a real chassis?

Are you talking about a car 1:10 scale car that weighs 100kg and drives at 10Km/h... Thats real. RC will never be anywhere close to a real car. At the moment. we have a 1.5 kg (150kg) car that does 100kph (1000km/h) I tried a 1/10 RC drift car with a camera and control via a playstation controller. ...

I am not a fan of the HT style chassis.
But it is a preference thing for sure.

I'd be interested to see how you like it and what spring damper settings you end up using.

Re: RE-Xtreme MARK X 275 WIP - 90%

I have a Chaser reserved for the end of March. Yokomo bodies are worth the money. I'm sick of those other cheap brands where you can't even see in through the windows. DIB 275 is basically the same as the DIB. I was running with a friend last week and fell is similar. no real difference in performan...

So sexy, hard to believe it has so many hours of run time. Yeah, My friend used it for soo long. He has always run vecro on the front which also helps soften impacts. Re: Finding a good radio for RC drifting

M12 is totally un-necessary. but of course it has some amazing features and response is amazing. MT4 is an awesome piece of gear for the price. Most importantly it's LIGHT. 1 full day of drift means no strain. Even the telemetry on the MT-4 is pretty much just for show in the drift arena. You can us...

Your Kouki and the Zenki kit are very slightly different.
Did you have any problems with the front fitment?

better off getting drift package hubs as they have more flexibility. DRB hub only has one mounting point.
