I don't know if tamiya or sakura has that belt size but these are only around 4-5 bucks per belt so its probably the same price if not cheaper to get them in the size you need.

Re: Ta05 v2 cs pullys

So all the parts have finally arrived and whilst putting it together today, the rear belt is pretty loose this is with the diff adjustment maxed out. Im in need of a new rear belt, and not sure what size to get, from having a quick search the stock belts are 114T and according to square a 20:30 set...

Nice I was sort of doubting it was because at that height the hpi would be scraping the ground and still have nasty wheel gap.

Re: WIP - Ford Mustang RTR

I hope you didn't use regular spray paint. Edit: I looked at the pics again and you did, as soon as that gets hit or flexes the paint will start chipping off. I made the same mistake a few years ago when I did my first body. You really should use a polycarbonate/lexan specific paint. There are sever...

Re: SAKURA Zero S with OTA-R31 Steering

Also did you make sure you put the steering rack as far foreward as possible? Thanks I'll remember to do that when i mod the chassis for the steering wipers. If I remember correctly I placed the mounts 66mm apart, I had to use ball cups to connect the wipers instead of the crossbar so that way I co...

Re: i guys . can anyone help me

I checked all the usual places, none of them have them in stock just yet, give it a few weeks and they should be available at any of these three places. Or you could always get a hold of Ando San over at Team Tetsujin, he is able to get these parts directly from the japanese hobby shops and will shi...

Yes it is. that'd be the one you want. I'm running the same one and have had no problems with it yet, 2 years and counting.

Why are you using electrical tape to mask? I find any painters tape whether it be rc specific or not works perfectly fine, if you are dead set on using vinyl masking I would suggest getting something better than electrical tape.

Re: Ta05 v2 cs pullys

I dont have anything aftermarket on it at the moment. I broke the rear diff to dogbone coupling the other night and decided to change it over to a cs setup. This would be my first cs setup. Would anyone be able to link me to the parts that i need to be able to do this? Thanks in advance, Mat 16t Pu...

Do you have a front one-way? Also those pulleys are for the grt style chassis, it has a different lay-shaft than the ta05 v2 if I'm not mistaken.

Re: Ta05 v2 cs pullys

Hi all, Ive been reading about getting into cs drifting, ive seen somewhere that without doing any major modifications to my ta05 v2 i can get a cs ratio of approx 1.83 just by changing pullys and keeping the same belts or using a combination of v1 and v2 belts. Now my question is, does anyone know...

knuckle, C-hub are R31 parts...but I believe he used TA05 CVDs (which I believe are 56mm) the ackerman can be fixed partially by not putting in toe out to your front wheels. vibration is due to the limitation of the CVDs...when you get the D331 or whichever wide angle CVDs you end up using..you wil...
