Re: New To CS

Hello, I'm not sure this chassis will be easy to convert to CS but you can also look for an italian brand called Rally Legends, their car seems to be identical to yours... By the way if you are motivated enough, you can also try to go directly to RWD, removing the front transmission, using a shorty ...

Re: Upgrade mods for my Tamiya TA05 VDF II

You should use the hole closest to the pivot on the front spindles... You will automatically gain about 10°!

Re: TC-FD steering mods WIP

That's really upgrading the car! That's the kind of angle you can achieve without dogbones... http://t.imgbox.com/acrK2SFw.jpg That's hard to find some universal shafts to endure such an angle!!! http://t.imgbox.com/adfCguAQ.jpg For the moment I'm using Overdose ones...

So guys, My prototype is complete... CS 6.0, about 500% of oversteer.... And it's gone! That's not working at all! http://t.imgbox.com/adt8gFS4.jpg http://t.imgbox.com/abgB1To6.jpg http://t.imgbox.com/adn03x67.jpg http://t.imgbox.com/adnLnSFJ.jpg At least it's not working on asphalt, I will try it a...

Re: Yokomo DP/type-c Frankenstein setup?

I'm sorry but if you want more gain in steering you must use this hole in the spindles... Use the nearest from the wheel... It will make your links longer but you can still gain about 5°

That's just geometry...

Re: HB Cyclone TC-FD CS 1.63, new pulleys to come...

Yup, I've run with this setup... Honestly, I can't make the difference with the original four shocks system... I've transferred this system to the rear and built a fixed camber system so I can have a "floating" rear train, just like pancars... More important, I've worked on a new item with...

I do agree with him, I think patchy surfaces need very fast dampers... and as you know, a lot of flex, to absorb the too fast vibrations...

Re: best esc/motor on the market

Just my small experiece, I do a lot of touring races and I've tried a lot of different models: - KO BLS, interesting, compact, good feeling, but you will need a computer to change cartography. - Hobbywing v2.1: big but powerful, good feeling. A great weapon if you want to deal with timing... - Hobby...

Pulleys cannot be changed? Are you sure? I was quite sure you can change the pulleys... http://www.hpiracing.com/graphics/instr/p3/pro3_11.jpg Are you sure you can't use Cyclone parts to rebuild a central transmission? it would be a good start, using 18T pulley to the rear and try a square 12T pulle...

Re: help trying to find mods for colt ep 10

First thing I think when a see a "Sprint2" car like this one, could you try to mount rear on the front and front on the rear? It could place the motor quite in the front and you will have a more drift-oriented chassis... Once done, we will need some pictures of the different pulleys you ha...

Re: ESC Turbo / Bosst

Boost is like motor cartography, I think it's good to use with CS, because you can have a lot of torque and a good speed when you need it... Turbo is totally different, when I run my touring, I use it to have a better top speed in the right line... I totally agree, turbo should not be used in CS, ma...

Did you produce them in small series? How could I buy one?

Thanks...
