The easiest way to go is to use aluminium centre pulleys made by speedway pal, square, d-like etc with a 3.9 - 4mm bore, the smallest is around 13t and the biggest u can fit on the vdf is 22T..then you just need to get a 40t pulley for the front, which should come in the kit you bought depending on ...
