Re: Central Florida RC Drift Track
We used to drift at Arai all the time but due to some unfortunate events, we no longer have sessions there. We had our last session there awhile ago. The business is still there though.

Re: Baja's RWD VDF V3
^i completely agree. ive been working on trying to get set ups to pick up speed a lot faster to keep up with the cs and regular 50/50 cars Our cars tend to get much faster when running a low gearing with c/s'd cars. A lot of the guys tend to stick with a 10.5 or 13.5 and run gearing for torque. It ...

Re: Street Jam Hilux
I was looking at it, but because the GRT is based on the TA-05, it's easy to get parts locally if I need something. Yes, SA is very backwards and drifting is not very popular, well not as popular as racing (Hobby shops don't keep stock and if they do, they are very expensive so all the guys order o...

Re: Central Florida RC Drift Track
Very nice! I wish we had something like that in So Cal. We have a nice outdoor track (Cal Raceway in Orange, CA) that we have drift sessions at but turn out is surprisingly low at times. Great to see the drift scene is well on the other side of the states!

Hey guys, Unfortunately, our developer/founder (Evan) of this forum moved out of state awhile ago. Tokeyo83 and I just manage the forum and try to keep things running smoothly. Anything technical regarding the forum gets relayed to Evan. I have brought this problem to his attention in the past but b...

Re: Hard time installing drive gear OTA ZEON
I don't have any experience with the OTA Zeon, and usually my stuff has outdrive "rings" rather than clips. Try to work on one side with your finger and then use your thumb to push up on the opposite cup to force the other end on while applying pressure with your finger on the clip (if tha...

hmmm. anybody have experience with the micro recievers? im eyeballing the spektrum sr3500. wondering if its gonna be like the sr3100's, but smaller, or if theres a catch, or something i dont know. im assuming theyre compatible with all 2.4 spektrum transmitters atm. i havnt researched that yet. Re: sanwa/spektrum bind
No they are not compatible. Typically with 2.4ghz systems you have to use the same brand and even then not all receivers from that brand are compatible with all transmitters due to different types of technology/signal. For example, you cannot bind an airtronics transmitter made for "land" ...

Re: No more so-cal hpi
The news of HPI/HB USA having money troubles is not new. If you click on the neobuggy link and read the article, it matches exactly what I stated about the large sale of inventory to Great Planes/Hobbico. There has been some downsizing as well since sales and customer service have been outsourced to...

Re: No more so-cal hpi
Where did you learn this from? If you're referring to the sale of a large amount of inventory to Great Planes (distributor) and downsizing...then I think you may have misunderstood the situation. As far as I know, HPI/HB USA is not going anywhere...at least not yet.
