Re: T-drift and similar grip tires

real cars don't drift at 300 mph, scale drifting shouldn't at 30mph.

And CS is better slow, more control.

Supersonic drifting is no fun.

Re: 100% overdive not holding angle-help!

The shock are as everyone will say a personal preference, but if my car doesn't do what i want its priority to change shock oil and springs.

my best advice is to try 50 front 20 rear and see what happens.

if it sucks atleast you tried it.

Re: 100% overdive not holding angle-help!

Pumping the throttle and he is catching on full lock but then he lets go ever so slighty.

did you ever try 50wt or so in the front? the harder the front suspension the more you need to counter steer.

Re: rwdanthony's Yokomo DIB

Camber is all top link lenght.

but looking at your assembly it looks weird.

dont know how you did that but your king pin seems like it goes away from the wheel.

weird stuff here, but we will figure it all out.

Sir Slide Alot i was wrong , its 100 kg not 10 kg , way to far , a real car 1500 kg , ten times less 150 ... not 1kg like you said

So your 1/10 scale car is only 1 dimensional?

Re: rwdanthony's Yokomo DIB

For all i know, the KPI is 8° at all times.

when your camber is 0° or 12° it doesn't affect the angle of the kingpin in relation to the wheel axle.

Re: Hard Springs

They dont have to weigh 10kg.

10 times shorter, 10 times lower and 10 times narrower means 10 x 10 x10 for volume/weight.

1500kg real car, 1.5kg 1/10 car.
