Re: Tire Mods?

Differently to Stalwart, I have a collection of low cost tires from R2Hobbies (Diamond Cut ones) which I prefer over any other tire for CS Drifting, but I also have very hard tires from Broadtech.hk and very soft tires from RCMart.com for RWD, but because of nationals rules we are only allowed to us...

Budy the first thing you NEED to do is get Broadtech or StreetJam R31 CVDs, the R2Hobbies CVDs are going to break after the first few laps

I agree with valentin, your Cyclone aint a turd dude.... Just expand your imagination and see what else you can do to better your chassis  Just as an idea, I recently got myself a TB Evo V and in the next few months I'm going to fit TB03 CS gearing and try and make a steering rack for it or do a...

Re: "The devil drift" r2chassis

I took 2nd place in our local comp yesterday with the DD, I'm still busy with the set up for my VDF and it wasn’t handling that great, so I decided to run the DD and it handled really well. The one comment that was always made was how quiet the car is and how stable it is.

Ok, I take it that there is no real following for this chassis... even though I would rate this chassis to be better than the D3... Re: 3 Racing Sakura D3 CS

Just ordered this chassis along with a Zero tensioner and Tamiya 18 and 19t pinions. Now I know this sounds like a dumb question. Does the kit include pody pins and screws for mounting the motor? I'm just getting back into the hobby so don't have these common parts laying around anymnore. Another t...

Ok, so this is the latest in my garage :) got it on Friday, built it today and tested it at SPRCCC and must say it is really awesome! I downloaded the manual from R2Hobbies website and it gives you the option of running it 50/50 or 1.44CS which is so easy to do by just swopping the center pulleys ar...

Hi Jay, I'm from Cape Town, South Africa and this is by far one of the best rc websites in the world for information, in addition there is also rctech.net , just search TA05VDF. I've owned the following chassis (TT01 x 5, TB02 x 4, TA05 x3, Corally RDX PHI 07, TOP Photon x2, DF03RA, Sakura D3, TEH R...

ordered one... so will know in about two weeks time... I just like the idea that they used R31 steering, suspension and hubs... of all the cars I've had this year, I like those the most.
