The thing is but thats where your wiring loom is for your whole car, located just over your front wheels.
The ideal solution would be air suspension but they are in Japan and here anything goes, including style over function.

those guys have probably re-routed their wiring, there is no way you can be that low and get away with your wire loom just chillin' there. lol
