How did you modify the 24T pulley to make it fit and keep it in it's place on the TA05?

1. Hack saw off the end bit where the grub screw normally goes.

2. Drill a 6mm (from memory, but bad memory! ) hole through the middle, IE same size as the TA05 centre pulleys/spur holder thingy
Try to keep it centred as poss.

3. Rub the cut side on a flat file until it's about the same width as a normal pulley. Try to keep it flat/true.

4. Get a long thin dremel diamond tip bit and slot 4 of the holes outwards from the centre slightly, then use longer screws for the spur gear so they go right through and stop the pulley spinning.

5. Dremel/shave off the bottom part of the motor mount and the spur guard thingy so it clears when it spins.

IFS belt, 32t TA04 rear pulley, no tensioners reqd.

So that's 1.68 ratio with the front std.
Then you can use the 3racing pulley set (16/17/18t) in the front for 1.68/1.59/1.5

24T pulley is a Kawahara part (K-754)
Got it on rc-mart.

Or prolly something like this would also work, bit cheaper but might need longer belt...
