I just uploaded latest video of me practicing my countersteering

Video taken on Feb 2010

I still need more practice though.. not consistent enough yet..

I have some questions about the 42T Losi diff pulley. Did you have to mod the diff housing for it? And what belt did you use for the front?

Thanks in advance :)

What I did to make the 42t fit was cut the diff cover a bit (you can see it in the picture).
and then I put 2.5mm spacers under the bulkhead assembly to clear the lower deck.

Then i used a square countersteer belt for the fronts.. I forgot about the length but it fits perfectly..

before this setup, I used losi 41t and TA05-ver2 belt (the white one).. the belt was a very tight fit but still good.. with 41t pulley, the ratio was 1.71 which is already more than enough to make a "visible" countersteer drift

I understand :) I'm running 1.55 at the moment and that gives a good countersteer too, but i'm planning to upgrade to the 40T square pulley at the front, and from your post i understand that the V2 belt will fit perfectly on it :)
