Well here's mine guys with a few good tips.

1st. See how I change the 3rd belt rack a little bit by using a 1mm spacer. It gets rid of the nasty flex folks where complaining about.

2nd
I alos noticed that fitting bodies was kinda of hard... So I had a buddy cut the arm 1mm to accommodate that front bumper with sponge.

Could anyone take a photo of 16FM in a ready-to-roll state with battery without body, put on something narrow, like on my photo? I'm curious about weight distribution

Why did you put the center shaft pulley rack above the top deck? the front part of the rack is supposed to sit on the metal(you put a spacer) and the rear goes under the deck.(yours on top)
There shouldn't be any flexing at all. Do you mean the belt is too tight?
Here's a pic of what I mean.
This shouldn't be necessary.

i changed it back now, but when I did that the chassis had more flex than before and also the belt was looser as well. I changed it back because I have on order something that help us out with the tight belt thing.

Well not so much as belt, but a extra set those pillars that sit at the bottom of third pulley belt that you circled in the picture before. I figure IF both sides are even, there would be less stress on the bottom deck and the top deck will fall into place without the chassis bending like a "banana" as someone said earlier in this thread. I also figure where the body is supposed to flex, IT will have flex via how hard you screw down the chassis brace at "break" of the body towards the rear, like the Active FM and the MSTFM chassis's. IMO by doing this the belt will become more loose and the you can control the how much "flex/loose" the rear end will have. Now would it be easier just to go buy a belt? Hell yeah, but where's the fun in that? Plus it won't fix the chassis bending as such IMO. I'm also in the process of placing a set of the front suspension on the rear as well for options......

Does anyone have a parts list on whats needed to complete the chassis? Or is it cheaper to just buy a complete r31 and raid?
