Interesting mods, looks pretty good. When I first saw this thread I though you would be mounting a pulley on the motor and getting rid of the spur and pinion. Any reason you are not doing this? I know you would need different belts for the different ratios, but it would make that side look a lot cleaner.
Yokomo DRB SSG Hyper - 100% CS - Yokomo BL-Pro2 + Zero 8.5t - Yokomo Low Profile
Yokomo MR4-TC BD - 132% CS (pending new belt) - Novak Slydr 6.5t - Hitec
HPI Pro-D - 83% CS - eZrun 9T - Bluebird - FSC (semi retired)

Carr, the main reason is that I want the parts to be mostly available. As for these, the only custom parts were the motor/pulley mount and the motor plate and upper decks.
And for the reason you have stated.

FBD? That's stufcc's.. :D

@stuffcc, ooooohhhh yeeaaahh.. better steering lock

List of parts:
1. TEH-R31 center layshaft - filed some parts flat to accept grub screws
2. TEH-R31 Steering set
3. TEH-R31 middle belt (rear) & front/rear belt (middle at 16/38)
4. Kyosho 222 belt at front
5. Tamiya TA-05 spur gear holders
6. Tamiya TA-05 16T COW pulley
7. Tamiya TA-05 16T pulley

Hello everyone..

It's been a while since I was here. Got busy.

Haven't got the video yet.. Hopefully soon..

But here are some latest updates..

Switched the battery and ESC/servo places

Current pulleys installed:

Front: 40/16
Center: 38/16
Rear: 20/37

OD Rate = 3.21 = 221%

With no Thermal Issues whatsoever.. :D

Got it's way to a Comp poster.. These were before I installed Overdose Unis and some more OTA/TEH parts up front.

Thanks for the thumbs up guys.. Very much appreciated!
