What is your servo?
When I used Hitech I forget model no,
I got a similar problem with stock bell crank with saved C hub, mod to more steering lock.

I never try over 2.0 CS ratio. but I want to know what is your motor and what is super and pinion gear on your car?

i got the servo from some independtent hobby shop called lowprice hobbies i think its their own brand they wanted me to try it, it works fine high torqe for 40.. but saddly i used my ezrun 4300kv today hopfuly Xerun 8.5T 3650-4000KV 120A Sensored Brushless comes in this week..ezrun lags alot on very low run but it verry easy to work with.. and
for the rear i bought yokomo full cs set 1.8 i dont know how many teeth on both but its realy hight torque say its for grip surfaces i got the gear from drift speed front dlike metal gear etch.

Yok 1.8 and the D-like ver.2 is way too much  Try using just the D-like ver.2 gears, when you feel you need more ratio switch to the yok 1.8 ;) and if you feel the need for even more ratio then use both  Honestly you really don't need more than 1.8 :)

Try running a bigger spur, the stock spur is 70T. If you can try 78T-83T and maybe 20T-24T pinions.

as for your servo problem just shave down some of the servo saver. I did it to mine  just enough to clear the crank.

So shave it indeed good idea, and so for katsumi 2.0 cs ratio is that only for the back and front or is that final cs fdr? I dont realy know how it works im jst shooting blind bit thanks alot tho this would help alot. 1.8 is sorta works better on carpet but still hard for starter and i dont mess with carpet tracks yet i still practicin on paves heh.

It's total cs ratio. CS ratio is determined by front ratio/rear ratio. Using both the Yok 1.8 and the D-Like ver.2 gear would give you a 2.58 cs ratio which is a lot more than you need.

here's a cs calculator

It'll also help w choosing spur and pinion combo. Shoot between a 6.8-8.8 FDR, should help keep esc and motor cool if not, warm
