cs-ing a tt-01 is not easy or reliable, active makes a cs kit for it but it does not last very long. I had mine in all meshed perfectly and it lasted all of 30 minutes till my bevel gear exploded. My suggestion would be to get a better starting platform. Something belt driven would be the easiest to cs.

Its easier to do than many think. The new active hobby cs gears (v2) are thicker and more reliable than the version 1 cs gears. I actually have been running my version 1 active cs gears in tt01 for over a year now without any issues. I ran thru 4 bevel gears before that. The trick to CSing a tt01 is to shim the gears so that they mesh perfectly. Also reduce any slack in the drivetrain and be sure to eliminate shaft vibration by using lots of lube:-) . Bu seriously, csing the tt01 is not for everyone. On the other hand if your looking to run what you got.... there are many threads here to help out so use the seach tool. And if you get stuck' send me a pm and I'll be glad to walk you through your options

If you need parts I've got many for tt01. Actually selling my chassis soon.
