Looking for a new Chassis, front motor chassis

Postby vgeorge » Wed Jan 01, 2014 11:21 pm

Hi guys,
I want to buy another drift chassis.
Till now i had a sprint 2, xray t1 evo 2, xray t2, R31-FM, TT-01 eagle racing.
Now i have TT-01 for outdoor, but i want to buy a chassis for indoor.
So i have 3 chassis, and i must choose one.

-Kasemoto gravity
-Sakura D3 (http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Alloy-Ca ... 98530.html)
-TA-05 Eagle racing.

Sakura D3 and Ta-05 will be full upgraded.
My bigger constraint is that for Kasemoto, i will not find parts available.Maybe the parts will work from another chassis, like D3 or R31Fm, but i reallt dont know.
Also, i didnt find real information about Kasemoto. I was able to find a chinese review on youtube. But that was for nothing.
So, please, give me your advise.

All three you've mentioned are under 200$. If that's your budget, consider:
- Yokomo Drift Package Type-C
- Yokomo DIB-RS
- StreetJam OTA-R31

Type-C requires FCD, oneway and steering wiper upgrade to be fun.
DIB-RS requires just FCD to be fun.
DP Basic requires way too many upgrades to be fun, but if you plan to drown chassis in upgrades - might be a decent choice.
SD Sport requires research, but at least it comes with universal swingshafts.

Watch out for rear belt tension. There seems to be a popular problem specific to RS. Otherwise, it should be very competitive out of box.

Yet you didn't go for carbon-fiber version of DIB?
