You need to move the tie rod ball stud closer to the steering blocks kingpin, either by re-drilling the or using something like a drb steering block. This will result in more steering angle for every degree of bellcrank movement. You tie rods will probably have some funky geometry when at full lock but it really can't be helped. You will also need some wide angle cvd's because the stockers will bind and chatter pretty hard once they get much past stock steering angles.

ill give it a shot i dont have a small enough drill bit for new holes so ill epoxy one ball stud in closer to the king ping and see what kind of angle that yields

yeah it didnt work for me i may order ts-2100n steering block 0.5mm trail it has 2 mounting points for the ballstud. plain and simple the steering blows on the dp chassis im gonna order some drb stuff to make the steering better it still will never be as good as other chassis. ive added a dumb amount of front toe in just to get paralell steering

not currently. i feel like its pretty much impossible to get zero ackerman with the current set up (close to what that set up is)

i think that r31 steering swap is a good swap to get zero ackerman. but i dont feel like messing with this chassis anymore.

but if you still want a picture of the latest set up then i can do that.

I recently saw Yokomo Team Suzuki Full Counter Universal Drive Shaft part #TS2133 and was wondering if anyone tried it on their DP? I currently run the Team Suzuki Aluminum Bell Crank and maybe was looking into adding those universals. Anyone had any luck or success?

Grinded down the ridge and now the cvds fit just fine
