looks good. you should make longer arms though. it will give you more lock. but from what i can see, youre on the right track :)

Looks like there is minimal space for longer bellcrank arms. I would shorter the distance between the ball stud and king pin on the knuckles instead. This will increase throw, and if he can get the ball studs to have the same distance between them ad the king pins do, he might be able to achieve zero ackerman. Just don't go too short or your turnbuckle geometry will be funky and you may have a floppy wheel when at full lock

Thanks for the replies and help. Yes, you are correct the with the current angle the arm just hits the inside of the front diff case. So on the next arms I make I will adjust this and also make them slightly closer to the steering hub (asTheSCOrpionKing said) to get more throw. I also had to make some adjustments to the Steering hub and Steering hub mount by shaving down the plastic to get a better lock. The hub and hub mount are still very strong even after removing these sections.
Once Uni arrives I will get a true idea of what is angle possible, then I will repost progress :ugeek:

Uni arrived today and I just attached the steering mod (1st attempt) arms to see how everything would go and it all works well. I am still going to mod them again to get more from my steering and will post pics as soon as I'm done. I have been pre occupied with a CS rear diff mod I am doing with a Yokomo 2.0 FCD in my HSP, finally got it to fit and ended up with a ratio I can't handle 2.48-148% so going to reduce to 1.91 and see how that goes. I will be posting picks of both when I'm happy with the results
