yup twin spools. Nylon outdrives with the alu tube around the outside to stop them splitting.
Not particularly convinced on front spool, haven't run that since TT01D era hahaha
Not much choice though... their D3 oneway diff doesn't look like its shipping yet
and its a different part# to existing Sakura parts so i guess its unique
i'd prefer a front diff & centre oneway.
But D3 uses tiny 13t pulleys that's pinned (by springpins) to the 4mm shaft
so there's not much room to play with; haven't seen any 13t oneway pulleys either.3Racing was smart when they released this chassis. Make it a well spec'ed basic car with a great low price, then rake in the cash on hop ups.
